I would like to cancel my sim only contract

Hello @Ladytze2 

 

This is public community and many of us are customers like you we just try to help when we can. In order to cancel your contract you would need to contact iD Mobile directly using this page. Alternatively you can do it in your iD Mobile Account/App. Just head to "My Account" section of the dashboard, which you can find when clicking/tapping in the menu button on the left top corner of your screen. There you will see option "End my plan" as on the screenshot below.
