I’ve placed an order over a week ago, ID have already taken the upfront payment from my bank account, but I’ve not received any confirmation email. I had a request for yourself’s to send off to copies of my i.d via email of which I did.
I’ve been trying to find out what is happening with my order to no avail. So I wish to cancel my order and have my money returned to my account. I’d be very grateful is someone could help with this as live chat is useless with this request with its constant automated response……...
