Hello,

 

I have an ID account and I have lost the SIM card and don’t know the number. How do you get in touch with ID without the number?

We should be able to help you here in that case, what are you wanting help with? Would you also be wanting a new SIM card or is it a case of it not being used so it has been misplaced?

Hi,

 

Thanks for the response, the SIM was in my car, but I removed it when I sold it and I misplaced it. I no longer require one so would like to cancel the account please.
