How do I transfer over my number from my rolling sim only to contract sim only? Both with ID and pac codes not working due to it being the same network

Hi @AKemp1,

Unfortunately this is not possible, you will have needed to upgrade your current number to a new plan in order to keep your number. Would you need help with a return or a cancellation due to this?
