iD providing a VUK PAC code

I am being provided an incorrect PAC code by ID this is both. Via text and the myID website login. The PAC begins with VUK.

Hello I have exactly the same problem.  Outrageously, there is no telephone number to speak to someone at iD and the chat to agent returns a message saying ‘none available’.  No wonder everyone is leaving.  Anyone got any ideas?
