Invalid PAC code

Hello, I have been requesting a PAC code from ID since December 25th by texting 65075 as described in online help. The PAC code provided was rejected by the new provider. I have re-requested it several times and received the same code repeatedly with what has now become an invalid expiry date. 

Live chat services appear unavailable.

How do I resolve this?
