Issue with ending my contract online

Once I get to the reasons for wanting to leave I can tick the appropriate circle but the continue message is below the screen and if I drag it up to try and click it and let go it disappears again without continuing!

Hi Kenneth,

This does sound strange. Have you tried to zoom the screen out a little to see if this helps?

Also, trying from a different device and/or browser might be beneficial too. Let me know how it goes.
