Hi I can upgrade my account as of 14th April but how can I switch providers as I can’t find the expiry date of my 2 year contract. Any ideas please?

Your upgrade eligibility date is exactly 60 days before the date of your contract expire date. It simply means that your contract will end on the 14th of June.

Hi so does that mean that I can’t switch providers until 14th June or is there a penalty for doing so ?

There will be no penalty per see, what will happen is your final bill will be produced when you transfer your number which will include all remaining bills combined together plus any outstanding charges. If you text  INFO Date of birth in a format of DD/MM/YY to 85075 (for Example INFO 27/06/89) you will be able to see estimation of the amount that your final bill would have. If you will be happy to pay it (which will be charged by your next direct debit) then you could switch networks today.
