I've lost my mobile phone, and would like to cancel the contract before anything bad happens. However, I have also forgotten my account username, but whenever I click 'forgotten password' and then try to enter my phone number and my other details to fix this, it says 'Something wasn't quite right' !
Not sure what is going on but cannot get through via phone or via live chat so would really like to sort this out ASAP.
