LOST PHONE and Forgotten Account details

Dear ID,

I've lost my mobile phone, and would like to cancel the contract before anything bad happens. However, I have also forgotten my account username, but whenever I click 'forgotten password' and then try to enter my phone number and my other details to fix this, it says 'Something wasn't quite right' !

Not sure what is going on but cannot get through via phone or via live chat so would really like to sort this out ASAP.

My son has lost the handset he received for Christmas. He is so upset. We’ve tried everything to find it, google account, ringing it etc. The only way I can see ya finding it is via INEI or the SIM. CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE?

Hi @ahssan31, have you tried contacting our Live Chat team?

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on the page above, scroll down to see the Live Chat section.
