I have lost the phone and trying to get in contact with ID today is ludicrous as I cannot remember my password.
I want to cancel the account and get a pac code.
Please can this be arranged.

In order to cancel your contract you need to contact ID Mobile directly. There are some busy periods where all advisors are busy but if you try again tomorrow you should be able to speak to someone.
If you have forgotten your login details you can easily reset or retrieve them using this link.
