Lost SIM card and mobile number unknown

Hi,  My daughter has lost her SIM card and we do not know the mobile phone number.  I need to cancel the contract as we are continuing to pay monthly but am unable to do so.  Its impossible to speak to anyone at ID.  Can anyone help with this issue?  Thanks
