My sim card hasn't arrived. How can I cancel?

I no longer have need of this sim card. I’d like to cancel, but it hasn’t arrived yet, so I don’t have a iD Mobile phone number needed to create an account. How can I cancel?

I placed my ordered on the 16th July.
