My sim was broken and I have tried to cancel over live chat and by writing but I am still getting demands..!!

Sim was broken, 30 day rolling contract , have tried to cancel by letter and by live chat … infact accoring to the live-chat which was over 1 month ago, it should be cancelled already ..

Yet ID are still sending demands !

So after gaining access to my online account it says I have a disconnection pending… what does that mean, I spoke to the live chat person at the beginning of August… It should be cancelled by now. I’ve been trying to cancel since June.. but was shielding so couldn't go out.

I’ve written to ID twice and gone through the live chat …

When a cancellation is requested, it happens 30-days later after the notice period has been served. When in August did you request this? If it was longer than 30-days ago then please let us know and we’ll take a further look.
