Need help with cancelling my account

Trying to end a contract with ID and it’s completely useless as the App won’t allow you to and advisors on live chat avoid the actual question quite deliberately. I want this contract ended ASAP.. and need you to take this as notice of the 30 days. Really not impressed with you guys at all.. and certainly won’t be Recommending  you to anyone in the future. Get this sorted as I’m really losing patience now.. it’s no way way to run a business !!!
