Need to cancel my dads contract

My dad set up a contract in 2016 and wants to cancel this now. He never set up an ID mobile account/has never used the app and is now struggling to find out how he can cancel the contract. He doesnt know the details to set an account up online but can supply his account number/name/phone number etc. There are no routes to speak to anyone directly and the chat bot responses just tell you to login and cancel through the app/online. If we can speak to a contact at ID mobile that would be really helpful

If he hasn’t previously set up his online account, he should be able to do this at the below link with the details requested for registration, from the information provided above, he should have access of the details needed to register. Once set up, he will then be able to cancel via his online account.
