I need to cancel my daughter's ID sim only account because she has dropped her phone irretrievably in a river! She now has a new phone but, obviously she can't access the original SIM, so we have used a Giffgaff SIM which we already had in the house. To add to this, her email account is no longer in use. It was a child-friendly one, with Zoobuh, which I used to pay for a couple of years ago. How do I cancel her account when I don’t have an email address, or the SIM? Thanks for any advice you can give me.
