I have by accident pressed “leaving IDmobile’ last night.
I have been trying to get through to the customer service from the phone, other phones. Never get through to anyone after many attempts. It just gets cut after the automated messages.
This has become quite irritating. There is no email service either.
All I need is to cancel my ‘leaving request’
which seems possibly ONLY BY CALLING IDMOBILE customer service.
Please help me to do so before spending more time of working hours.
