Hi, I've just been sent a SIM as part of a SIM only deal. unfortunately the SIM doesn't work in any phone I have tried, nor a lenovo laptop (with integrated LTE card)
I have tried it in iPhone 7 and iPhone XS and both phones show “No SIM Inserted”
I cant get hold of anyone through live chat, and obviously the contact centre is closed, how can I cancel the account. My experience is so bad I dont wish to continue with idMobile and will return to a proper mobile operator.
