I have problem with sim. service play around (one-time I have and one time I haven't) I can't contact adviser because is closed. I need replace sim or I want give back and finish contact because i have just 8 days from the start date.
Please help me because I can't call to no one and no-one can't call me.

We’re sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your service; is it happening wherever you go? If not then you may not require a new SIM card. Can you try the SIM card in another phone to see if this helps as it will pinpoint where the issue could lie?
Additionally, if you would like to give us your postcode then we can check the coverage for you to see if there is an issue affecting the service.
