I have tried to contact ID Mobile through Live Chat (which isn’t working) to give notice to end my plan when it ends on 21st August.
I do not want to enter a new contract with ID Mobile. I’m moving to sim only with another company. Much cheaper, more data and probably better customer service!
I hope someone from ID Mobile reads this and can put me in touch with the Cancellations Department. I am giving notice well in advance of the 30 day period.
