Hi I recently joined Id but need to change as poor reception. When I request new pac it gives the old one which has expired

Hi I recently joined Id but need to change to another provider urgently as poor reception. When I request new pac from id it gives me the old one which I used to transfer to ID and that has expired. can anyone help? (robot can't resolve and tries to put me through to people web chat but all busy). many thanks for any help.
