PAC Code Expired and my SIM Stopped working

Hi,

 

I want to port my ID number to some other carrier but when i put the PAC Code it already expired and I can’t request new one as my SIM is already disconnected.

 

Can you help me with it please.

Hello @ARVIND2651,

A Disconnection is only completed when the PAC code has been used to port the number out.

Did you request a disconnection and also a PAC code?

This will have caused the number to disconnect regardless of if the PAC code was used or not.
