PAC code expiry date shows date in past

Hi I requested a pac code yesterday which i received. The expiry date says 29/10/2020 so my I think that is why my new provider can't port my number. Caan you assist please.

Same issue. Being sent PAC code which is 2 weeks old. Need right code sent urgently.
