PAC Code Not Working

Hi team,

I’m looking to leave ID Mobile and have text the number required to get a PAC code, but the code I’m given doesn’t seem to work. My new provider has confirmed that it’s an issue with the PAC code and not their services, and I can’t get a different PAC code when I text the same number again.

Can you please provide me with a verified PAC code so that I can transfer my number over?
