pac code not working

Trying to port my number out. PAC code given is not working and need a new pac. Can someone help?

All resolved now - thanks

Id is not accepting the pac code Vodafone has given me 

it’s saying either my old number is wrong or the pac code but they are both correct

This seems to be a common problem. The PAC code I requested from iD is also not working. No agents are ever available to sort this out. Wondering why I bother

Can you please assist in providing me with an active PAC code? The system insists in providing me with a non-ID and also expired code. I have been trying to resolve this for a while now…...Thanks
