I’m having issues with a PAC CODE requested from you guys. It is stating it is out of date and it also isn’t working. I need one to transfer over to a new phone. Please rectify and send me a working PAC CODE

I have been given a pac code that is incorrect and out of date. Can someone please advise as I’m changing companies but need to keep my current mobile number.
