How do I get a Pac code from ID mobile as I will be moving to another network.

If you want to port out (take your iD mobile number to a new network), then ask customer services for a PAC code to give to your new network. PAC codes are free, but a termination fee for closing your plan may apply.

To elaborate on what
If you're on a SIM-only plan, you can log into https://my.idmobile.co.uk/ and request a disconnection. When you're asked to keep the number, you'll need to choose yes and a PAC code will be provided to you with the next steps.
If you're on a handset contract, you can't get a PAC code from the app/account and you will need to contact us directly for this.
