my Doro phone has stopped working. it just wont switch on, screen is a-blank. i have rang the doro people and they have asked me to send it to them for repair, but of course i am unable to go to a post office due to the COVID-19 restrictions. i want to cancel my contract for the time being so that i am not paying monthly for a phone that i cant even use. how do i go about this?
