Pixel 4 availability

Hi,

I just ordered Pixel 4 and on order page it stated pre-order 02/06/20, which is in the past so I assumed was available.

Just received an email indicating not available and looking at topics on here, there's no known date or will be in stock.

In the meantime, you promise to 'get things started' by varying it a hard credit check and taking my money.  Not acceptable, I do NOT want a hard credit check on my account for a contract that might take weeks to commence.  Oh, and customer services 'unavailable' due to Corona virus. Again, not acceptable, people can easily work from home.

Please can you cancel my order with immediate effect and before any credit checks, and contact me as soon as possible to confirm this.
