Hi I’ve just joined id from another network, I provided a PAC code and my number was transferred, will id have told my previous network to terminate my old contract, I have just had another bill from the old network

When you use a PAC code to transfer to a new network, your old network should automatically terminate. 

Please contact our Live Chat team who can look into your account and check if you’ve transferred successfully.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on this page, scroll down to see the Live Chat section.
