I live abroad and used IDmobile for 3 weeks whilst in the UK.
I have since left and lost my SIM card and cannot cancel my contract. I can’t access live chat no matter what browser I use, and on the complaints section there doesn’t appear to be an online form either.
I also don’t have a clue what my mobile number was that ID mobile provided me while in the UK. So can’t register an account.
I have numerous emails from them including reference numbers and order numbers but nothing else.
please help!!!!
