So I set this up over two years ago and have been trying to cancel for about half of that time. I no longer have access to or use the old number and whenever I enter my email address it says it's wrong. But it can't be as I receive a monthly email with my bill to that address. I'm really desperate to cancel as am a student and the continued bill really wracks up! I just wish there was a phone line so I could actually talk to a customer service employe for help as have spent hours going on circles on the website trying to cancel my account.
