I try to get pac code with text but came wrong pac code which is not acceptable from other network.Could help me asap please?

I need to get before to renew my plan. I think you cannot give me before renew my plan. Why do not you response what i need? Why do i have to wait someone else for your technical issue? Is it difficult to response since yesterday only pac code? Thanks

Thank you very much, can you cancel the plan on may last of day my plan 7th August. You should  take my remaining bill which is 0.65 thank you
