I would like to cancel one of the sim card so basically what we did was I took two new cards in CarphoneWarehouse and the lady said she will attach it to my account but she did not do that, so I am unable to cancel it my self, it is not my number and sim I wanna cancel but it is my dads, he havent used it the card yet, but it is taking direct debit and we dont need that one we have the box with all the details etc please let me know how it can be done.

The quickest way to cancel a SIM-only plan is through the account/app but as you haven’t registered this new SIM card and possibly have no access to do so, the next best way is to contact our Live Chat Team here to ask for a cancellation.
What we will do though is send you a PM so we can help too if you haven’t had it cancelled already.
