Hi All
I recently ordered a sim from the Id website and it took 7 days to arrive
in the meantime i was sure it had god lost in the post so contacted the website via the online chat
I was told to just order another one
I now have two sims as the 1st one arrived yesterday
I know need to cancel and return the 2nd sim as i don’t want to pay for two contracts
what do i do ?

Do you know if you were sent a replacement sim?
If so you will only be charged for one sim.
