I’m trying to return my phone and sim which was delivered yesterday, only the mobile number is not noted anywhere and without that I’m unable to use the chat or app service. Seems pointless tampering with the phone and setting it up just to get the number when I’m returning it. Can someone please contact me and provide a returns label. I’ve tried calling the customer service number but it keeps cutting me off. Resent companies that you’re unable to speak to directly.
