Several months ago cancelled contract. Still getting billed and now final demands I can't reseond to by 9hone due to Covid..

Cancelled contract verbally several months ago but now getting final demands after cancelled direct debit. can't call the customer service line due to Covid. Can't use the app either as I don't have the original phone line active so can't use a code that is sent to mobile.
