SIM Only order cancellation

I am trying to cancel a SIM only order that has not been delivered. Cannot get through on live chat, can you contact me to arrange this

I’m trying to cancel my sim only plan.  I don’t know the phone number just my account number from the letter.

SIM only plans can be cancelled through your online account, have you ever logged in before? You can view the cancellation steps here:
