I thought I was upgrading but it looks like I accidentally ordered a new SIM. I have now successfully upgraded so would like to return the SIM for refund and keep the current monthly SIM contract going.
The live chat isn’t working.

I’ve called your helpline and it says it can’t help me right now.
What can I do? Every step I take seems to be blocked.
