Someone has purchased a fraudulent account using my details

Hi there, 

Someone has taken out a contract using my name and address. Unfortunately this keeps happening and last week it was a three contract taken out at a local Carphone Warehouse. It seems it’s so hard to sort out as no one seems to care and I had to spend 2 hours in their store sorting it out and contacting Action Fraud and I can’t keep doing it with working full-time.

This is upsetting and distressing that there isn’t anyone to contact directly and I’d be greatful if someone could get back to me ASAP.
