ive received this sim card a few months ago in january and since then have been trying to activateit but it refuses to work. meanwhile ive been getting chardged every month and would like to cancel it. would love some help on how to do that as i cannot seem to cancel it from the website since it asks for my number so that it can verify it is me trying  to cancel it. i then give the number and end up waiting for a message that doesnt arrive. i am seriously hoping employees can help cancel my plan as i do not desire to be charged every month for no reason.
