Speak to a human

I have cancelled my plan 3 times, still getting billed?! I have paid extra on top of the plan to stop the letters etc but now get a debt collection letter?! Still not able to talk to a human being to help me with this stressful situation, just not good enough!! Please advise?

Don't expect to be able to speak to any human.

Hi @Fids,

We’re sorry to hear about this. When cancelling a plan, the plan will still run for 30-days and then a final bill will be due and this needs to be settled manually if the Direct Debit was also cancelled.
