I have had a stressful experience with ID/3.
I do not use the phone and I want to cancel this contract. I do not receive any paperbills, as I have not used the phone - account for over a year - unable to trace any of my login details.
Please please can someone call me or contact me so to avoid paying another month. I have just been cut off from their collection agency ‘cars’ 2X today and still no resolute!!
