Trying to cancel my plan for a week!

Please can someone help! I'm desperate! I just want to cancel my plan but I've been sent around in circles! 

I've tried using a pac which didn't work, then I tried just the 'end my plan' option and I'm just sent to a page that's 'under construction'

Whenever I try to talk to an agent there's no one available!

Do I just cancel my direct debit?

Please can someone advise!!
