I recently purchased a new contract which i need to cancel due to wanting to upgrade and keep my number

the app isnt letting me due to CMP6 details?

pac code not working as i want to transfer from one id number to another id contract 

Im having the same issue, live chat also no help

Hello @AKemp1,

I’ve merged your topics together.

 

It’s not possible to port from an iD Mobile contract to another.

Only PAC codes from other networks work.

I’ll PM you so we can help you cancel the SIM.
