unable to cancel account

Hiya, wonder if someone can help? I recently joined ID but unfortunately am not able to get signal where I live, so would like to cancel.

For the last couple of months the website cancel process has not been working, and I have been unable to reach anyone on live chat.

I have seen people on this community with similar issues being contacted and resolved.

Appreciate it if anyone can help me.

Hi @AndyCee,

We’re sorry to hear that you have had some problems with cancelling your plan. Any cancellations processed via your account will set in place a 30-day notice period and the contract will cancel after those 30-days have elapsed so we’ll have to see what has gone on with your request.
