Unable to cancel SIM only plan

Hi

im on a sim only plan that can be canceled with in 30 days.

I haven’t used it and would like to cancel it. The problem is, the only way to cancel it is to register and they send you a text to confirm, owner I don’t no where the sim is.

i would like to get this cancelled ASAP. Customer services are no help at all.
