i want to cancel my contract and move to a sim monthly account

Hello @boberty87,

 

Simply log into your iD account

Click My Account

Then click Upgrade now

Find the SIM-only option

Then find the deal and complete the upgrade.

 

This will automatically replace your contract with a SIM-only plan and then you can use this plan moving forward.

 

Do not purchase a new SIM-only plan from our website. Only upgrade the account via the Upgrade option or you will be stuck with 2 contracts.
