Urgent Help!!

I received a text from iD containing a PAC code. I did not request this and it said at the end of the text “if you didn’t request this PAC code please contact us immediately.” Following that I then received another text this time saying “We received a port-out request from your new network. Soon, your number will be transferred out of iD, and the account will disconnect.” Once again I know nothing about this and I’m worried that my number/account has been hacked!
