I recently put through two orders for two phones that are pay monthly, I want to cancel both of these orders since this was a mistake, the page froze and crashed and put them both through. I tried replying to the email I was sent since I can’t reply to the texts from ID mobile because I am having issues with my phone. Any help would be appreciated in cancelling both of these orders, they were accidental.
